Pendragon started in a small kitchen in Orange County. One pan, one recipe, one madeleine at a time.
The name is a nod to the knight on the King Arthur flour bag, the flour we’ve baked with since the first batch. The wheat stalk he holds is a testament to simply good ingredients.
